1. Introduction

Welcome to Veridane. These terms govern access to and use of our legal advisory offerings for entrepreneurial clients. By engaging with our services, purchasing our digital materials, or acquiring any goods through this site, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Legal Services for Entrepreneurs

Veridane provides personalized advisory sessions and document preparation for business formation, compliance reviews, contract drafting, and related matters. Fees are disclosed in advance and due before the commencement of any engagement. Clients may request a change of appointment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellation made seven days in advance qualifies for a full refund of paid fees, minus any administrative processing costs. Services canceled less than seven days before the start date are subject to a 50% retention of paid fees to cover preparatory expenses.

3. Information Products

Veridane offers digital guides, templates, and recorded workshops designed to assist entrepreneurs in legal planning. All digital materials are delivered immediately upon purchase and thus cannot be withdrawn or platformd once access has been granted. No refunds are granted for digital products, as delivery is instantaneous and digital items cannot be reclaimed.

4. Physical Goods

Veridane may offer printed materials or branded merchandise. Customers who wish to ship back goods must notify Veridane within 14 days of receipt and send items in original condition to our address at the customer’s expense. Upon confirmation of condition, we will issue a refund of the purchase details to the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the items.

5. Refund Procedures

To initiate a refund or to request a change of service date, please contact our support team. All requests must include order details and be sent via the form at Contact Us. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of approval, credited back using the original method of payment. Administrative processing costs, when applicable, will be detailed in the approval communication.

6. Amendments

Veridane reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our offerings after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
